We are an Australasian Company offering our clients credit related services, and we have positions available now in our Wellington based Contact Centre.

 Our roles will see differing types of calls being made from Customer Service to Credit Control, through to Collections.

  • Be able to work as both an individual and a team player
  • Ideally have had previous contact centre or credit control experience, but not essential

Hours are 8:00am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday.

We seek an Account Manager who will be responsible for undertaking duties associated with the following:-

  • Relationship management of a portfolio of clients
  • Regular communication by way of telephone and email contact with Clients to determine service requirements and client satisfaction
  • Preparation and issue of progress reports to clients
  • ‘Hands on’ account collection skill particularly in relation to the collection of larger value accounts

The position will have interaction with both our clients and their customers, and therefore requires strong communication skills – written and oral, and account collection negotiation skills


The successful appointee will ideally have:-

  • A client relationship management background in the financial services area
  • A collections or credit control background would be beneficial, along with strong negotiation skills
  • Strong communication skills; ability to communicate clearly and concisely -written and oral
  • Proven computer skills – including excel spreadsheet knowledge and capability
  • Self motivation – ability to plan and undertake tasks without constant supervision
  • An ability to work effectively under pressure, whether this be in relation to work volumes, or deadlines
